WRUK will offer a guaranteed annual rental income on time, every month for all eligible properties.

We will become your tenant and guarantee you a fixed rental income while then sub-letting the property and making sure we find the right tenants for the property.

WRUK will manage the whole property throughout the tenancy including all utilities and dealing with tenants. When the guaranteed rent scheme comes to an end you will take back full ownership and responsibility of the property in its original condition.
